Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of the services delivered, cancellation requests are generally not accepted. Once services commence, clients are committed to the agreed-upon terms.

  2. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, clients may submit a special cancellation request via email to [email protected]. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be communicated to the client accordingly.
