Rvision Digital agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose Rvision Digital’s proprietary information.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials created by Rvision Digital for clients are the intellectual property of Rvision Digital until full payment is received. Clients may use these materials for their intended purpose but may not reproduce or distribute them without Rvision Digital’s consent.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with a written notice. Clients are responsible for outstanding fees up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rvision Digital is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.
9. Modification of Terms
Rvision Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
10. Refund Policy
